Frankston City Council Splash card video. BMS Digital was appointed by Jonathan Reichwald  and Tim Haynes from the Frankston City Council. BMS Digital filmed the video the Frankston Arts Centre and then edited and produced it for the final presentation.The final video was then presented as part of an awards presentation in Canberra.
